FII and DII activity today
Whether foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers or net sellers in the last trading session, and how large the flow was.
How to read this
FII and DII figures are published after each session closes, so this describes the previous trading day. "Net buying" means an institution group bought more than it sold. Size is shown as small, moderate or large rather than as an amount.
Read the two together: foreign selling met by strong domestic buying is a tug of war, while both selling at once usually means more pressure. A trend over several sessions says more than one day. Learn more in What are FII and DII?.
